Frontier, A Citizens Communications Company Access Services department is designed to facilitate Customer Account Record Exchange (CARE) between Access Provider (AP) to Access Customer (AC). In addition, we act as a single point-of-contact for all IXCs.

As a provider of access services, Frontier offers a portfolio of wholesale products to communications companies. Our philosophy is customize solutions for individual resellers. For more information on available services, simply send an email to CARE@frontiercorp.com.

Interexchange Carriers Report - detailed Citizens information on in-service and revisions on dates for switch upgrades, downgrades, rehomes NPA splits, code openings, equal access and intraLATA dates. To obtain this report, please email your name and mailing address information to us at CARE@frontiercorp.com. A hard copy of the report will be mailed to you.

Title Description
CARE Account Set Up Form New Carrier set up form. Use this form if your company wishes to become a valid PIC in Frontier territory.
CDPI supported codes CARE Transaction Codes /Status Indicators. These are electronically supported codes.
