Carrier Relations - Account Management:

The Account Management team is responsible for providing Carrier Customers such as IXCs, CLECs, Resellers and Wireless service providers with a means of communication. Each Local Service Provider is assigned a primary Account Manager who provides overall support including but not limited to the following:

  • Providing information on products and services
  • Facilitating operational reviews as needed
  • Identifying, analyzing and responding to customer needs
  • Resolving bill disputes
  • ASR and LSR support
