Resale Carrier Customers

Frontier maintains records for the service provided to the carrier and will carry a directory listing for the end user. Directory listings for the end users will be included in the directory listing file Frontier provides to the directory publisher. Directory listing updates are sent to Frontier carrier services by an LSR.

Facility Based Customers

When Frontier receives notification an end user is porting to carrier who will be providing facilities, we remove the end user records from our network and provisioning system including their directory listing. To print the end user directory listings in Frontier publications, we need a file from their service provider prior to publication.

White Pages

Frontier requests a comprehensive file of all published customers be sent to frontier@datalinkontheweb.com at the time of the effected directory close date. The file needs to be received by the listing due date posted on the CLEC schedule .We can accommodate various file formats but ask that a test file be provided prior to the first production file.

If the directory in question has listings organized by community sections, the listings will be filed with the Frontier listings having the same exchange or in the same rate center as the Frontier exchange.

The data on the file should include the listing for the white pages as well as the courtesy yellow page heading for business customers. The link to valid yellow page headings is: http://www.berrycmr.com/Heading%20Manual/default.asp?tablename=idp_heading

Berry may receive requests from end users to update their directory listing. A directory change request (DCR) will be completed and sent to the service provider to update directory listing records for the end user.

Yellow Pages

The Berry Company operates as the sales agent for Frontier directory advertising. To enable Frontier and Berry to place the end user appropriately in the yellow pages for their courtesy yellow page heading as well as make contact for desired directory advertising, Berry requires notification of updates to business listings by emailing servord@lmberry.com. To more efficiently service the end user, updates to business listings should be sent as they occur. If the directory cycle has expired for the upcoming directory, Berry will retain the information for subsequent issues.

The end user can contact the Berry Company directly by calling 800-326-2790.

Directory Distribution

To ensure the correct number of directories are printed, Frontier would like to receive an approximate directory requirement count by the directory quantity due date on the CLEC schedule. The count can be sent to Melody.Thorpe@frontiercorp.com

Customers will receive one directory unless directory quantities are specified by the carrier.

To ensure comprehensive distribution, a directory delivery file from the carrier can be interfiled with Frontier customer records. The file would contain fields for name, mailing address with street, city, state, zipcode plus 4, number of directories, business/residential indicator, phone number if published. Files to be sent to melody.Thorpe@frontiercorp.com.

Requests For Directories - Secondary Distribution

Requests for directories after the publication month of the directory are handled by Directory Distribution Associates (DDA).

The service provider is responsible for providing directory requests to DDA.

Requests for Rochester Metro and Southern (New York) directories can be made by faxing a request to 585-235-3456 or calling 585-235-1120 or 585-235-6873.

All other requests should be made by calling DDA at 1-800-900-7524.
