Interconnection Services
“Interconnection” is a generic term often used to describe the physical interconnection of two carriers’ networks for the interchange of local exchange traffic. Interconnection may also include the provisioning of certain products and services to facilities based
and non-facilities based Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) by an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) for use with business and residential End Users. Frontier’s Interconnection Services are designed to meet both the network and product and service needs of CLECs operating in Frontier’s serving area.
