The Telephone Company adopts, for intrastate services Frontier Telephone Companies FCC No. 2 Interstate Access Charge Tariff for interstate use as approved by the FCC, effective July 1, 2012 and any successive issues thereto. This Tariff was filed with the FCC by Frontier Telephone Companies on behalf of Frontier Corporation’s subsidiary companies.
